Remote monitoring services
Our Support and Remote Monitoring Centre (SRMC) provides continuous monitoring and diagnostics services 24/7, 365 days a year. Our services are designed to increase wind turbine availability, and reduce downtime and cost.

The remote monitoring centre constantly tracks specific operating parameters and error notifications which are assessed by Greenergy Specialists. This enables us to both troubleshoot initially and reset the wind turbines from remote locations. The key features of our remote monitoring capabilities are:

Data analysis
Once event information is analysed, a recommendation can be made. The monitoring data outputs can be easily integrated into our Remote Maintenance Management Services to provide a complete and productive asset management tool. The outputs can also be tailored to service existing systems already operating on site.
