OH&S statement
Greenergy Services recognises its responsibility to provide and maintain, as far as practicable, a safe and healthy work environment for our Staff, Contractors, Clients, and Visitors. Our vision of being a centre of excellence for health and safety is supported through the development and maintainence an injury free work environment. This focus is fully addressed in our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
In order for us to achieve this commitment, Greenergy Services will ensure that we:
Establish measurable objectives and targets to ensure that there is a continued improvement in the focus of eliminating work-related injury and illness
Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and current industry standards in accordance with NZ/AS 4801
Provide and maintain safe working environments and safe systems of work
Maintain assets in a safe condition
Provide information and training to ensure employees, contractors and visitors work in a safe and healthy manner
Provide support and assistance for employees and provide opportunities for employees to be involved in consultation on safety issues
Greenergy Services commits to ensuring that:
All reasonable care is taken for the health and safety all employees and other persons on site
OH&S policies, procedures and training arrangements are adhered to
All incidents are promptly reported to a supervisor and/or regulatory body
We are committed to regularly consulting with employees regarding OH&S matters and ensuring that this policy is reviewed annually
We comply with OH&S legislation and other relevant safety commitments and agreements
This policy has been implemented and communicated to all employees
